DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE
WASHINGTON DC

Office of the Assistant Secretary

AFBCMR BC-2014-02391

MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR

SUBJECT:

Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendation of the Air Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for our conclusion that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice. The applicant’s request was timely filed and all effective administrative avenues of relief have been exhausted. Members of the Board considered this application on 05 September 2014, and voted unanimously to recommend the requested relief be granted. Therefore, we recommend that:

The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to the APPLICANT be corrected to show that he was ineligible for consideration by the Fiscal Year 2014 Enlisted Quality Force Review Board (QFRB).
